West is a moron and Hendrix would have lit HIM on fire instead of his guitar. Smile

What happens to the human brain to make a person so absurdly conceited?

Learn about Kanye West before you denounce him. I'm not a fan of his music (except for one song) but I respect his achievements.

"To me it seems like you're such a walking contradiction because you'll denounce the corporations, but then you'll get on stage and say you need Nike and Adidas to back you. That makes no sense to me."

Personally, I think denouncing someone or something and still making them want you enough to back you to the tune of millions of dollars, that is genius.

Don't you understand, Balducci. We grew up in the golden age. The world--especially the world of popular music--has been in decline ever since about 1973.

There were no big egos in the 60s; only big talents.

There are no big talents today; only big egos.

Now write that out 100 times.
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.--Yeats

Is he the same knucklehead that cut in on Taylor Swift's award speach a few years back and said some other lady deserved the award more than she did?

It's a sacrilege to include West and Hendrix in the same sentence.

I was hoping someone would get my little joke. Smile (I'm a master at sacrilege.)
