I saw Plastic Surgery but haven't tried it because I wasn't convinced it would look real (except on video). If you've tried it on an audience could you comment of whether it 'worked'. I like it as an effect, but I just had reservations (and I didn't want to alter a coin unnecessarily). David. |

Dreidy, I just watched the Blackjack Production and 'spotted' the gimmick and agree with you...
In all fairness, it could have been the bright camera light--so maybe it would work? As an afterthought what about cutting some black fabric, velvet or other light absorbing cloth. Even better would be to purchase two black shirts or T-shirts and make your gaff from one of them? Does anybody perform this How does it play? I also like the Messiah Vanish and use it regularly. -Jay |
