I find that too often the back legs of my dogs tend to come undone(with the help of little fingers). If I do a roll through I don't get the firmness I like for a pop tail, the legs seem more horizontal than they should. Any suggestions?

I know what you mean about the horizontal thing. I just don't worry about it. But what you could do is make two pinch twists after the legs. The kids will recognize it as a butt. That way you can direct the legs a little better. It's just a thought.
I also know what you mean about how it's not as firm. After I do the roll-through, I push the air back down toward the legs, so it's firm, then I do the pop tail. (I always stretch out the tip of the balloon before I do the pop tail) I don't know if that helps. I think the roll through does diminish the shape of the dog a little bit, but ultimately it is worth it. Otherwise, you'll be making too many new dogs. |

Plink try to hold the uninflated portion of the tail very firm to prevent the air from re-distributing into the tail as you pull it through. Also, don't do a bird body type of roll through.
Actually sometimes it's a bit easier to show what I mean rather than type so here's a link to a quick video I did for you. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/90473280/Guitar.m4v Good luck! |

Hey, Thank you! That's the kind of sharing that makes the Café such a neat place.
