Teleportation! Thank you for reminding me of what that was called. I couldn't remember for the life of me.
I was watching The Prestige the other night, that's why I was thinking of teleportation. Time travel in and of itself may not be original, but the amount of information we learn from the past/future could be. |

To the OP: No, you cannot discover sonmething new about yourself that fundamentally changes anything.
Now, if you need to learn something that matters, learn something about everyone else.
Magic is doing improbable things with odd items that, under normal circumstances, would be unnessecary and quite often undesirable.
