Check out coinvanish.com for some good advice on reading Bobos.
I'd recommend learning just classic, finger and thumb concealments, a few basic vanishes, utility and bobo switch, and click pass. Then have a read through the quick tricks and coins across section and pick a few to try out. I'd recommend three and three, and copper silver transposition as good starting points.
