I bought the Devil's Nail 2.0 at the last Mindvention. It worked very well in all my rehearsals. Put new batteries tested once again immediately before a show and worked fine. However it did not work 10 minutes later during the show. I was facing 60 people with little to say other than-- sorry I will try something else. I felt like putting the nail through my head! Neither the box nor the device has any indication of who manufactures this product, and of course I can't find the receipt. Help please! thanks.

I bought at the "dealer's room" during Mindvention 2013. I thought the seller was the manufacturer. Unfortunately I misplaced the receipt.

Aukt is correct. It was me, Jamie Salinas along with my business partner Gene Protas who were selling these. They are a dealer item and not created by MegaHitsMagic.com. I will contact you directly but the first thing to check is the batteries. If there is an issue, we will replace the unit.

Thanks for the update. Also thanks to the Café for helping my customer find me. Again, these are dealer items and are not one of my creations or the creation of Megahits Magic. We have sold many of these units and this has been the only one returned. We feel the right thing to do was to replace the product as soon as possible and I am glad we were able to get the replacement out in time for Alberto to use in an important show.
