My friend Namekin has done it again. His unique handling of coins across has caught me by surprise! What a plot twist!

A lot going on their Fly, hard to get into or to follow IMHO. I probably would enjoy it better not reversed…I think? Smile

Clean up the moves.
what is the reasoning for so much confusion?
nothing makes sense.

I thought the initial production was okay, but yes, clean up the moves, most of it was really sloppy.

And I didn't understand what the "reverse" aspect of it was.

Youtube magic. Worthless in the real world, unless you have only one spectator AND he doesn't mind you shoving a shot glass right into his face to hide a "secret" move or two.

Was this supposed to be a joke? it is just a coin and glass routine played in reverse.

Watch it without sound, I think it makes for a good learning tool.

Some don’t seem to realize that the video is playing in reverse. Different. Doesn’t do anything for me.

You're right Jim, I would have thought, seeing the coins, float back up to the hands was a dead give away. By watching this in reverse, without sound, you can see things, that normally go unnoticed. Idk if this was the purpose behind the reverse or not. But I think it's a good idea. Gives new meaning to know your routines forward and backwards.

Thanks for sharing the film project with us. I enjoyed watching it and felt it was clever. Also well done, well designed and as a film it has its own merits.

As a magician I took away a reminder of how abrupt, unmotivated, fussy and awkward some of our procedures and sleights can appear.

Thank you for this video Smile
I like the idea Smile
flying coins are awesome. I think this can inspire some clever minds to make real routine from it with all bills and whistles.
watching magic videos without sound can hint a lot of what is going on.

Took me a second to realize it was in reverse... more frustrating than educational, imho.

This, was, AWESOME! I was so blown away by the way the coins jumped to the hand, then I realized it was actually in reverse. I think this is a very interesting way of looking at magic, although it may defy the purity of any normal performance, that has never stopped artists that bring something new to the table, does it?

You have my support, which is atleast something.
I hope you understand, my dear friend, that everything you are seeing is a lie, but everything you are feeling holds true.

I think it's a shame that more care wasn't taken to ensure that the flow would consistently appear to be forward. There were too many times when it was simply obvious that it was being played in reverse. A bit more consideration on how to project a forward appearance of the opposite versus simply reversing things and it would looked great. Time not wasted, thanks for the link.

The video is being played in reverse, I don't understand the point. Is it some "thinking outside the box" thing? I don't get it. Feel free to call me names, but I don't get it.

It's got us looking, thinking and possibly using this as a spring board to something great. In a way I appreciate this more than cookie cutter magi's. Harris

But it's not like there is anything unusual about the performance, it's the video that is in reverse.
