Need some help from you card guys! Im looking for some quick color changes. Flashy stuff to be able to learn so I can join in with the new "Quick Clips" on Instagram where people just do 10-15 second video clips of a little tricks.
Im not too interested in card juggling. Like that Genisis video where your springing cards really far or doing 8 packet cuts. Nothing like that.. But more like.. The orbit brown Venus trap or I think it was called Marbles by Zach Muller. The video where he was like, if your looking for a real worker. this isn't for you. (That was pretty funny) I think it was Marbles. Anyway.. Kinda looking to get into quick visual tricks like that.. But obviously kinda from beginner to more advanced moves.. Any recommendations? Maybe a video of multiple sleights and effects rather than just a bunch of 1 trick videos? But really anything would be helpful. As you can probably tell, Im not really sure where or what to start with. Thanks! |

Would fall under gaffed and funky forum but Money Shot is quick and very visual (plus it fits into your timeframe).
I would imagine a quick silent Twisting the Aces would fit the frame too. but that is more for the Deckless forum. other than some cardition/ manipulations (again, another forum) I wouldnt think there is much in the way of full deck stuff that fits well in a 10 - 15 second timeframe and still conveys its point. I would also post the same question in the other forums and see what comes up. I am sure there are many.

Depending on your skill level, a lot of the stuff in Dan and Dave's Trilogy is killer, and most of it can be condensed to under 15 seconds.

Lee Asher has an incredibly visual production called The Ripper. It looks amazing. And it is pretty easy to do. You might want to check it out.
