I just heard that Peter is in ill health and has closed his column in "The Linking Ring".

He has not been at the Café for a good, long time, but I know he has many friends here. He is a VERY generous man.
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".

Sorry to hear it. Peter is a great thinker. Many years he put an idea in the Ring about using a DB for card to wallet and it was something I used all the time.

I hope he gets better quickly.

I've missed Peter since the day he stopped posting here for good.
I've tried to remain in touch with him ever since.
He is a very generous man with much to offer our community.
I owe him much by way of inspiration and approach.

I pray for his speedy recovery. Many thanks for the heads up Chess.

I remember, humorously, his disdain for *any* production from the mouth, and...I can't remember whether he loved or hated the color changing knives. I think that latter (and "hate" may be too strong a word Smile ).

A good man, without a doubt.

Thanks for posting Chessmann I was thinking about him the other day.

Peter is a good man, very helpful to anyone that asks.
My thoughts and prayers are with him.

The word I had was that Peter welcomes any emails, but is physically unable to return them. I do not know what that implies, or what his condition is.

I would prefer not to post his email here, but many of you already have it, or know where you can find it.
