I'm looking for an HD handheld to replace my flip ultra HD. It just consumes batteries and won't even tape an hour show anymore. I'm looking for something of similar size, works in HD, will NOT auto shut off while recording if it's stationary on a tripod and would like it to be under $200. There seem to be a plethora of choices in this category. Does anyone have any personal experience with a specific model they can recommend? Thanks, Edd

Do NOT get the Samsung HMX-W300. It takes great video, but only 20 minutes at a time. It WILL start a new file automatically, but you will lose about 5-10 seconds of footage.
