First, I always go back the the basics: 13 steps. Richard Osterlind's DVD set going through 13 steps is a nice companion to reading the book. I'm always finding little gems in 13 steps; my copy is rather worn. Same with Annemann's, really.
Rick Maue's Mental Deceptions DVD set is excellent, IMHO. Those are just my favourites; there is so much more good material out there. Check out penny.

The Penguin mentalism lectures you can get 5 of for $100 US. That's a hard deal to beat. Peter Turner's lecture continues to inspire me, which the focus on creating an emotional impact and personal connection with the participant.
