The classic 'up & over' coin sleight described in Bobo Coin Magic... do you know where this sleight is shown in detail on DVD? Maybe a David Roth DVD? or someone else? Thanks!

So I just got out my copy of bobo's and was unable to find a sleight called, "Up & over"
Could you be meaning, "Over the Top" which is found in chapter 3, coin vanishes? |

Yes, 'Over the top' in the book, but others call it 'Up & Over'. Thanks!
