Here is no pretend abut magic effects. Everything else is a story, which can you believe or not as the case may be. The bunny moved mysteriously from place to another, of that there is no doubt.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

Well when you put it like that, Tommy, I have to agree.

This whole thing is just fabulous. So, this guy drives out to where his prop is, with two other guys in tow, and uses a vehicle which is too small to hold the prop. Remember, this is his prop, he knew what sized car or van was needed if he actually wanted to pick it up.

I want more of these stories.

Ooh, sue me, Danny! I can't wait to break out the sponge bunnies for the judge.

No. Hold on. On second thoughts, I will join you in your world domination plan.

I want to be the consigliere and be in charge of suing anyone who dares to resist. (But I want to do it on Judge Judy so I can do the funny bra trick on her. Is that okay?)

While I was definitely entertained by the segment, I don't see how that would help ones business.

And that's the whole point I was making with my so called "expert" opinion. Keep yourself out of court. The costs of the courtroom can sink your business! It doesn't take an expert to figure this out. It's just common sense! My god! Do we need rocket scientists now to come up with common sense solutions!? Now, you probably should talk to a lawyer and have some kind of strategy to keep yourself out of the courtroom. But you don't have to be some kind of Albert Einstien "expert" to do that. You just use a little common sense. Wow!

PS- I like Judge Judy's show, but I certainly would not want to make an appearance on that show and face the wrath of JUDGE JUDY!

Just have your case properly documented, present the evidence and keep your mouth shut when it's not your turn and you'll get to witness the wrath of JUDGE JUDY against the other person.

After reading three pages of needless waffle, two things stand out.

First, Mike, you lost the case. The judge found against you, and in favour of the other magician. So you are completely out of order to call him a cheat.

Second, Danny Doyle has always struck me as a sound guy, helpful and friendly. From clips of his show I have seen, he is talented as well. So why bring up untrue rubbish about him?

Although your performance on television was good, I don't think this reflects well on you overall.

This story is a miracle in itself. So full of holes you could use it to steam rice, and so cheesy you could then use it to produce a fondue.

I was considering how my mother, who will he 70 this year, would respond if three men appeared on her doorstep being aggressive about something a cousin of mine had stored at her property. She would probably call the police, as would most women when an agressive man turns up mob handed. And if they then accused her of a racially motivated response? Oh boy. MagicMike would hit the deck so fast those bunnies would be flying everywhere. And I shan't mention where the BrainWave deck would end up.

For all of the disagreements I've had with Danny Doyle over the years I still like the guy and have never considered him underhanded in any way. That's all I've got to say about that.

Got around to watching the clip from the Mathis show and it was very entertaining. Never trust a sponge bunny.

And I like Dynamike. He seems to have a positive attitude and be a good guy from my dealings with him. I also don't abandon my friends, especially when people team up on them like this.

Well, General_Magician, I don't really see the 'teaming up' aspect here. Unless you include the fact that Danny Doyle is taking over the world?

Dynamike has posted this on three forums that I have noticed. He is courting publicity, but bizarrely he is doing it on Magic Forums. I say it is bizarre, but for all I know he is planning on releasing a two-trick DVD containing his revolutionary take on sponge bunnies and BrainWave.

People are responding to his posts.

This is a public forum.

I understand that you like the guy. In some ways he came across as likeable on the footage he posted.

But really?

This whole thing is defiantly in the Twilight Zone.

Our recruiting drive is in full swing. We are working on an acronym and a logo.

Hopefully we will get Pop recruited and Lobo plus S2000. I would hate to have to sue them but if we have to make an example we will. Once Magnus comes here we will need him, and balducci. I hate the idea of international law suits.

I hope Bobdog joins as well.
