Now understand NOBODY has bought a ticket to come and see me. I am part of what is "provided" in their stay. So the fact that they even remember, much less mention is fairly impressive. We don't solicit them, they are what people mention when they review the stay if they happen to review it. So Mike, go ahead lets see the unsolicited remarks you have from people on Tripadvisor. As Bob said this crap has been debunked a LONG time ago and many times. Mike just likes to keep flame wars going. That is how Mike likes to do things. Sneaky snarky.

YOU like to keep the flame wars going Danny. I tend to believe the negative remarks about you on the Ripoff report based on my interactions with you here on the forum and I think some people are afraid to speak honestly out of fear of lawsuits from you. I think consumers should be able to offer honest opinions without fear of lawsuits as well as they are the ones paying their hard earned money. I would rather hire Dynamike for a party before I hire you because Dynamike is a likeable guy and he seems like a genuine good person. Dynamike also has a postive attitude.

Funny isn't it that you feel everyone is entitled to an opinion as long as it is one that agrees with you. If they don't agree with you then they are flaming you or they are mean or what not.

The possible threat of a lawsuit alone are enough to shut people up from offerring public honest opinions. People will of course offer private opinions that are not public to people they know and trust. That's part of the reality of negative or positive word of mouth advertising.

Well anyway Danny, I don't know the whole story regarding the Ripoff report. But I was glad you sent me your side of the story regarding this issue. I will also say that Mike has treated me quite well and has a positive attitude. I have also learned how to be a better magician from him so he's a stand up guy in my book.

I think it's pretty unlikely that anyone could be sued for putting an opinion of any kind on a site which solicits opinions.
