It has come to my attention that a lot of parcels that I sent out to customers last week & this week have not been sent out on time and I have received a quite a few angry customers complaining.

(And rightly so!)

There has been a massive mess up at my local post office and I can't apologise enough for the delay in people receiving their goods.

If anyone is still waiting for something I have sent them and you havent received an email from me today with a very groveling apology & compensation then please contact me here and I will rectify it for you asap.

All parcels have been dispatched as of yesterday & today (to the best of my knowledge) and I feel very bad about the whole situation.

If anyone would like to punch me in the face or generally shout at me then send me a PM and I'll give you my home address

Again my most sincere apologies and I assure every one of you that this will NEVER happen again.
