The news is just coming over the wires. Mac King, along with me and 613 other people, set the record for the world's largest game of "Telephone". "Telephone", for those who don't know, involves whispering a secret from one person to another, and watching how the secret changes.
We had 614 people participate in the game today, including Penn & Teller, Michael Close, Lance Burton, Sheena Easton and Clint Holmes. The official Guiness count of 614 beats the previous record by exactly 50 people! Google News: +"Mac King" +"Telephone" |

You mean you're not going to tell us what you started with and what you ended with? Come on, Scott, don't keep us in suspense!

Mac King started it off with the phrase "Mac King is a comedy magic genius." By the time it had wormed its way through 614 people, it had morphed into "Macaroni, cantaloupe, the future".
To keep everybody interested while the secret was being passed around, they also gave away some goodies. One gentleman won a Clint Holmes package that included his DVD, his CD and tickets to his show. In addition to all this, Sheena Easton presented it by initially keeping it under her blouse (Now there's a collector's item!). You may think this was a strange thing for her to do, but I believe she was inspired by Lance Burton, who had offered tickets to his show right out of his pants. No, I don't mean in his pockets. Strangely, the most civilized people there were Penn & Teller. Other than starting a game of Telephone/Gossip by whispering it to someone who won't speak on stage (Teller mimed the secret to Lance Burton), the game progressed pretty quickly. |

Scott, this is maybe the funniest thing I´ve ever heard. Great Mac King! But I have one question... why didn´t you call me? All the best magic, Pablo Tejero

So, Scott. What's the message that YOU heard and passed along?

I was hoping nobody would ask. By the time it got to me, it was "America sucks." Although I was sitting next to two ladies from England, so I have my suspicions.
