I could never get the hang of R&S.
I bought an ID made with SCIENCE FRICTION - much easier to handle (for me)

Science Friction is awesome! There is no comparison to the regular R/S. It's vastly superior.

I use Clear Plastic Dip and make my own. I usually make a template that masks off the top and bottom third of the deck and only spray the middles. As long as I keep pressure in the middle, then I can split from the other ends easily. That said, I've tried many different variations of spraying and can't remember which one I am using now!
