The only guy that I've ever seen flat classic palm a coin from the table was my old friend - Bobby Bernard. He used it during his Coins Thru Table routine.
In his excellent booklet Bobby Bernard On Coins (Supreme Magic/Lewis Ganson 1978) he describes a very similar move used as an actual vanish or false transfer under the heading 'The Stretch Palm'. Apart from those who knew Bob and had it shown to them, I've yet to see anyone else use it though.

I just want to clarify something.Of course the videos are edited.There is a difference in editing out things that would not be seen in a live performance caused by things such as camera angles and editing to make the effect possible.It seems as if when someone does a performance that cannot be explained or replicated by someone they are quick to point to editing.
