My friend Steve Haresign recently performed a variation on the Bonus Effect in Train Tracking and has graciously allowed me to share the video of that performance. You'll note that it isn't exactly the same thing that I outlined to you, which is to be expected as it is Steve's take on the effect, but all the important parts are there. Anyway, the link to the video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gjmKREdoTVY&feature=youtu.be Best, Atlas |

The bonus effect video is very impressive, even with the benefit of multiple rewinds.

Not having been Train Tracked, it was wonderful to see what is possible. Thanks for making this video available - and what an enjoyable presentation.

It's a nice performance piece and the timing is excellent, but it's a standard effect and a method that has been around a long time (unless I'm completely mistaken, which I don't think I am). Don't get me wrong, it's great to watch and will always get great reactions, but it's not TT and it's not new. I realise that I will now be banned as a heretic, which is a shame as I own, use and respect Atlas' work. |

I could be wrong, but I thought Atlas mentioned in his previous post that this bonus is a variation of Train Tracking. Atlas, can you confirm? Thanks!

Fantastic video indeed. Very enjoyable! My anticipation for TT is through the roof! Quite kind of Atlas to include a Bonus Effect.

The bonus effect is one of Atlas' pet routines and would easily be worth purchasing in its own right.

I was saying that the effect and method on the video is not new and can be performed now without any knowledge of Train Tracking, Atlas or any just released effect. I'm looking forward to the release of Train Tracking as much as anyone, as I have spent my entire career studying everything I could get my hands on. But if I'm being honest, the effect and method in that video are not new and are not really connected to Train Tracking, even as a 'bonus effect'. |

Hey guys,
I think you can combine the effect from the video with Train Tracking, why not. For example: you take out the postcard, date stamped, with all the information that your participant told you on stage, but they never told you their word, they kept it silent the whole time, and it shows up on the postcard as well, their thought of word. I think that would be possible. so, I think this video can be linked in a way to train tracking, because it can be its own separate thing, but you can also tie it together to train tracking to produce 2 effects in 1, not only do you predict a destination, drink, etc etc, but you also predicted their thought of word that they never told you. Just my thoughts. Thanks Alex Alejandro

Good evening folks!
I thought I'd pop in and clarify a few points - First, the knowledgeable Mr. Rolyan is absolutely correct - the effect in the video itself has nothing whatsoever to do with Train Tracking. It is a performance piece of mine that is reliant on the use of established methods and is included in the book as a bonus. But it is not Train Tracking, nor does it demonstrate what Train Tracking can do. You can, however, do as Alex suggested and Train Track the word from them - though my opinion is that in the situation, it'd make little sense to do so. I'd also like to pass along Steve's thanks for all your kind comments on the video. I think he is a very personable and engaging performer and it is nice that others have enjoyed his performance as much as I have. Now to address the other question, I am not accepting any pre-orders at the moment. I'd prefer not to until I actually am at the point where the book is scheduled to go to the printers and I have a specific publication date for you, as I would hate to have any delays lead to concerns or negative feelings. Best, Atlas |

I think train tracking the last word might serve to cement in a bigger reaction at the end of the routine. Even if it were done ps. It existed only in her mind. Just a thought.
Atlas I hope you make enough copies available so that those who have been salivating will have the opportunity to purchase it! |
