Not even out yet!

Miguel Angel Gea's "Beat Box" takes one of the most popular plots in all of card magic and turns it into a miracle.

A spectator examines 2 tabled cards before they are placed into the card box. A spectator chooses a card and the selected card is openly placed into the middle of the deck. A magical gesture is made and the chosen card is found in between the 2 previously examined cards inside the closed card box. The magician repeats the effect once more this time every action is more fair and even more impossible and the selected card is found in between the 2 cards in the card box.

Beat Box is a great effect for performing impossible card magic under test conditions. Everything is examinable and it looks completely impossible.

Very nice. Gea's technique can be a bit challenging but Dan and Miguel provide some "easy" alternatives.

Can definitely be challenging, but with practice, one can perfect this and make it look like a miracle!

Penguin has this in their Cool Box Special. Can anyone tell me if this is impromptu or if it requires a gimmick?
