The JW grip- who is JW? who's Fitch? are those the same grips? Withers vanish- was it created by Apollo Robbins or by someone else? Thanks

You have some good questions here, but nothing too difficult…How's about you give us some good answers? Why don't you do a little homework, and maybe tell us who these people, and as to the moves they came up with? We'd sure appreciate a little effort from you. Not bad Actually, I much prefer using the middle finger instead of the index, as in my mind it looks much more natural... just my opinion.
