I took your survey. I've read the book, but in my opinion it's difficult to learn from. Part of that has to do with a lack of good illustrations.

I think the problem with the survey is it was in reference to "magic" instead of "card magic"

You can probably find it in your local book store. That or just do a simple search on google. Book is very readily available.
