The book opens with a four page introduction regarding the finding of the case material. The setup is intriguing and plays very convincing. What follows is a color copy of a child’s diary.

Mom gives Alic3 a diary. Alic3 writes everyday, things like moving into a new house and going to a new school. The joy of making new friends the pain of losing friends, the longing of finding a friend, the loss of a parent, dealing with the loss, feeling different, the finding of a new friend, the new friend taking over?

The pages have the feel like they were written by a young girl and the diary is real. The child’s transformation is subtle and builds to a crescendo the way a good horror story unfolds. (I would love to make this into a screenplay)

Rick you are a master of psychological horror. This type of material resonates to the core. This is another example of how you don’t need blood and gore to be really creeped out.

If you had a “normal”, happy, childhood you will feel relieved and thankful. If you had a lonely childhood or lost a loved one you understand how sadness leads your thoughts and feeling into the darkness.

jaizon, if you haven't, please read this thread from the beginning. This effect is a book test through-and-through, just not designed as most are used to using, or performing a book test. It is something different and refreshing...primarily visually, but also structurally as well. Anything more may border on exposure, so try contacting Rick with more detailed questions.
