At the last Magic Live they announced there would be a 3 year break before the next one (2016) and today they announced a change of plans:

Yes, I was planning to attend FISM in 2015, now Magic Live is the next month. Hard to do both so close together. Will FISM have one or two day registrations?

I'm registered too. I was blown away by Magic Live 2011 but unfortunately couldn't attend in 2013. I'm really looking forward to this.

It is usually at The Orleans but they have not decided yet for next year.

The hotel is going to be The Orleans again - $39 plus $9.99 resort fee plus 12% tax per night.

I'm really looking forward to attending this! I'd love to be able to go to the Genii convention but that darn job of mine gets in the way! If any of you are on the fence (and there's still any room), I would suggest you go to Magic Live. It really is a heck of a lot of fun.

I admit to not having a ton of Magic Conference experience but this was my 3rd Magic Live and I can't imagine a better magic conference. However, I have to say that I felt this one lacked a little bit in comparison to the previous two I attended. It was still GREAT, just didn't seem up to the same high caliber that I experienced previously. I didn't write down the names of all the performers at the two big Magic shows and would love to have someone list them. What was the name of the final manipulation artist who performed on the last night? His 'reverse manipulation' was amazing!
