I suppose that sometimes you have to clean a gaffed signed coin. (permanent marker).
How do yo do that ? Do you use some special permanet marker? Thank you very much. |

I've written on coins with permanent marker and it comes right off with disposable wipes.

Mark over it with dry-wipeoff marker and then immediately wipe everything of with a paper towel or tissue.

You can use Duraglit in the UK, in Spain its called Alladino don't know about the US.

Rubbing alcohol or alcohol wipes should do the trick. Hand sanitizer should as well since it is basically 120 proof ethanol (kids have been caught "huffing" hand cleaner all over the country to get drunk in school). Good old WD40 may work too, but I've never tried it.
