Had one in the 70s and used it a lot, the ones I have seen since then are not of a very good quality, would be nice to see a decent one on the market again.

I know and still have mine, but I haven't used it in years. I learned a routine some time ago which uses a shoe string and a borrowed finger ring and haven't done the Spirit Nut since. But it is a great prop and I highly recommend it.

I "usta" have a BREMA, and, it was, like all Brema props, "magic jewelry".

I still have a couple of bill tubes--not Brema--but darn close!

Would love to see a quality Brema style nut that is compatible in appearance to a readily available mass produced nut found in any hardware store/department.

Where have you been, all the nuts from the 1960's and 1970's were exactly that. Brass nuts are in a special area in hardware stores, have a look for yourself.

Last time I checked (granted it was many years ago) all of the commercial nuts were hexagonal and my Spirit Nut is square. Maybe it's time for another look around?

Maybe that is the hook... it is an old nut from a time gone by that has strange properties.

Take care,

Received mine today.

Excellent service from Mr. Porper (coast to coast in three days) and the quality you would expect from such a craftsman!
