Born to perform- penguin magic

I think it was just a way to get money from beginners. I have all ellusionist videos, and even though I don't like ellusionist, their videos are so much better to learn from. Penguin just wanted to get everyone to buy from them. Well they make me laugh Smile . Good thing I'm not ever buying from them again.

Suspended Dimension - There was more time spent advertising Kevin James products than there was teaching magic. Also, they even admitted throwing it together at the last minute. Absolute trash. Smile

STRONGLY DISAGREE. I just bought Born to Perform and although I´m still giving it a first look-over, already find it extremely useful. For me, money well spent.

I'm glad to see people don't like Suspended Dimension. Hopefully that means I'll be the only one using it!!! Smile

1) Expert magic: Coin Matrix 2003-THIS STUNK!!!!!!!!

2) Expert magic: Floating Card DVD- HORRIBLE!

3) Suspended Dimension-what a crock.

4)

I disagree with The Magic Of David Eldridge. I have this and his Gambling Video and love them.

Just submitted the official review of Heavy Hitters to mylovelyassistant.com. Should be up in a day or two.

And yes, it was bad!

I'm new here, and I couldn't resist...

I recently bought Jim Pace's Visu-Antics on an impulse at a magic shop and this DVD blows. Waste of money. Full of little bits and mediocre magic. Come on, he has the old classic "Bouncing the Dinner Roll" gag on his DVD! Very disappointing. Even his vanishes are constructed in such a way that makes his obvious where the coin goes. Whatever. No more impulsive DVD purchases for me.

By the way, I have a brand-new Jim Pace DVD for sale. Any takers?

Did you watch Jim's coin matrix on this DVD? I thought it was incredible.

He has some very good material, I think.

If you hate ellusionist then why would you buy all of their videos?

The worst video I've ever seen is the Leopold video. None of you will have ever seen this video since a local Chicago magician made it. But still, this video is worse than all of the Ellusionist and Penguin Magic videos combined. No kidding either. Smile

I'm still trying to figure out what these 'appreciated" thoughts accomplish. Another excuse to pile on.
