Hi all,
Dan Sperry performs a routine to a song by Perry Como "magic moments".
If I love that song and think it will fit in with my shows, is it ok to use it? I would have nothing at all in relation to his actual performance in my show. It is only the song I would like to use. It goes with my style so perfectly.

Is this in any way a problem?

I see nothing wrong in using it, especially since we all know songs with the word "magic" in the title are open fodder for magicians.

Well, if the song is still in copyright, there are royalty issues.
