Another long drawn out routine in my opinion. Perhaps its just the performer? Cataclysm is still my favorite effect from this creator.

This is a nice effect and relatively easy to do. I believe the method is clever and people will not be able to reverse engineer it. The switching around of the cups, will, at around six times will not allow the spectators to know where any thing is IF you use identicle cups but that not necessary. This is not a stand alone, knock them dead, effect but a nice add to other mental routines. I like it too.

A very clever method for this classic effect.i like it a lot and will give it a try over the phone (combined with my "liar principle").

I like where he went with this old concept. Really interesting. However, perhaps it's just me but at the end it was obvious that he was drawing it out. Because once he knew the second cup had one of each coin, it's just a matter of logic to determine what's in the other cups. So instead of drawing out the ending, perhaps it would've been better to end it quickly.

At 1.57 in the video Brian asks the spectator if there is copper under the middle cup .

im not asking for the method but is this a needed part of the performance ?

ill gladly buy it if it isn't but if it is Ive worked it out

If you have worked it out, all you have to do is grab three cups and coins and give it a try. If it works out then you've nailed it.

I agree, too drawn out. I love cataclysm I use it together with the BIP book.

@Picoss: Brian teaches a 100% method where no asking or phishing is needed. So you can alter the presentation and ask no question at all, if so desired.
