I don't know if this will work but since you're working with polymer try folding then take a lighter and add heat to the crease. Might work!

Try sitting on the folded note . Body weight is better than the book weight . Base on my experience it works well if you sit on it for about 30 - 40 min .

Thanks. It would have to be a delicate operation though.Fire and polymer don't go well together.

Exactly what I am going to do when I pick it up. $2 bills are so overlooked in the states, people love to see them. They know what they are and that they exist and it is a brilliant transition from a $1 bill (still keeping the "double your money" effect going)

Part of why I chose to back down to the $1 & $2, but theoretically, you could do $1/$2 $5/$10, $10/$20, and $50/$100 ... or if you're Copperfield, $500/$1000.

It definitly looks great, but for me to be interested, I really need to know:

Can the effect be performed with a currency where the different denominations have different sizes? Where I come from bills of higher denominations are bigger than those of smaller.

The bill that it changes in to has to be the same size. If it is close enough to be trimmed that would work but the need to be the same

In that case add a further ten pounds on to the cost for UK buyers.

Let's see ... so trimming may work . But they are costy . Timming a bill too much may make it unable to be spent . So why not use paper instead ? Changing a bank piece of paper to multiple colors and finally to the bill ? Might work .

The bills don't have to be trimmed enough to ruin them. If you wish to disassemble the trick, you can spend the bills.

I meant that in order for my currency to be trimes to the same size , I have to almost trim 1/5 of the bill . My 50 dollar look so different from my 10 or 5 notes .

What about going to a foreign bill?
I have some Afghan bills that would be cool to use.

And watched the demo again... yep, I can do this for sure!

Awesome!
