Yes, I noticed that. It's locking, too. Most interesting...
Hope all good with you, Rudy. Tom |

The Invincible Hand had came out quite some time ago yeah ?
However still , it is one of the best I have ever seen . Actually the DVDs are not really necessary ( my opinion ) as you could already come up with many routines just by dreaming on it ...

Im still new-ish to magic and therefore unaware of some of the more advanced props and couldn't figure out what exactly a "Hold Out" system accomplishes and was hoping one of the more seasoned magicians out there would PM me what exactly it does. Thank you in advance!

A holdout is for 'holding out' an object, or objects. The object or objects can be delivered or stolen using a holdout.
As Jon says, Riser is producing a holdout system for those who know what they are about. It is worth looking into Charlie Miller, and his use of Newtonian forces. The FKHO, which some of us may or may not own, is no longer in production, but is a wonderful tool when used sensitively. Riser seems to be producing something similarly good. Using a holdout requires both technique and discretion. I'm not saying any more about it on an open forum. |
