Not quite sure where to go for research. A friend of mine said that his grandfather Rosendo Amor was a magician from the Philippines. My friend told me that Rosendo toured with Bob Hope. How would I go about researching him?

There are two IBM Rings in the Philippines that you might contact with an inquiry:
http://www.innermagicclub.50megs.com/ and http://www.magfi.com.ph/ You might also check facebook for some Filipino magic clubs. Let me know what you find out. My Dad was from the Philippines, but I've never been there myself. Ben Chavez was also from the Philippines.
