You don't. With a lot of practice you can minimize the sound. Slow down a bit and be more purposeful in the moves (I don't know how else to put it).

I perform it in pretty noisy environments (lot of background noise) and it goes unnoticed. I also talk when I am doing the necessary move and that acts as a bit of a mask too. If you are worried and can't seem to script your patter to correspond to the move then simply play a bit of music in the background.

Sometimes I manage to make no audible sound at all and other times I am clicking like castanets! Remember the sound is louder to you (you as much feel it as hear it) than it is to your audience. With any distance you'll not be heard (platform work).
