William Hill on-line curently allow a 1 pound minimum and 1500 pound maximum on outside roulette bets. That's a lot wider than any regular casino that I've heard of. Does anybody have any idea as to why such a wide spread might be available on-line but not elsewhere?

Well I am not a house game player but most casino's I think use a 10X ratio for house games, so 15X is high. Even so 15X does not mean you can double up 15x but you can 10X compared to 9X, I guess. Whatever it is I don't think it's as big a difference as it seems.

Thanks Tommy. Perhaps my knowledge of the spread on outside bets isn't up to date it's just that 1 to 1500 seemed quite wide.
