Hi , I just bought a coin unique but I am having some trouble trouble with it . Not too sure how much I can say with out exposing anything . I read the instructions that came with the coin and it says put it on a metal surface and remove the shell but I can't get the shell off ? Not sure what is going on , never had a coin unique before . If anyone could help or give some advice that would be great .

No still can't get it out .

With the Coin Uniques I have, I can always separate by hand, holding the edges and tapping on the palm of my opposite hand. Usually fairly easy; not like S&S type coins.

Hi , Just a quick update to say I got the insert of the coin unique out with a fridge magnet

I too struggled to separate my new coin unique using the supplied gimmick. It just wasn't strong enough.

I found the one taped inside my assassin's pouch was perfect (this is three "gimmicks" stacked) and I Keep spare pennies inside it any way.

So now I keep the Coin Unique in my pocket, but reset it by putting it on the outside of my assassin's pouch (which is always under my jacket so invisible to the spectators). This takes a second.

Check to see if it's a magnetic version you have.

By the above post, I mean a magnetic locking set. If it is the you will not be able to get the bit out by hand alone if you understand.
Clue:I have a strong magnet always in the right back pocket of my jeans. With my sets I just hide in hand place on back pocket and that is them out, ready to perform.
