That is the question.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

What good is that personal speculation compared with nature?

To philosophize does not mean to speculate. Quite the opposite. We philosophize to replace speculation and conventional wisdom with rational, provable thought.

Sort of provable, anyway.

The question itself is a philosophical one. In assuming the question is worth asking, it provides its own answer.

Philosophers, they are just a bunch of hair splitters, who split and spit them beyond the point of division and at that point they are beyond nature and their philosophies amount to nothing but personal speculations compared to nature. So what then is the good of philosophizing? I mean, lets face it, all they do is sit around talking a load of ********.

Tommy - you don't seem to see the irony that you are engaging in philosophical debate.

It is a game played by many but mostly by Academicians and has no winners or losers. Many people play it but only Academicians consider their game of any real meaning.
It is also a major in college that after graduation you cannot find a job. So then you further your education in it and go deeper in debt on student loans that you can never pay back from what you studied.
If I were to agree with you. Then we would both be wrong. As of Apr 5, 2015 10:26 pm I have 880 posts. Used to have over 1,000
