My Thing Gimmick needs a bit of work...A few of the stitches clearly came out...The rod also will slide out freely off the side of the cloth...can anyone help me with what their stitch work looks like on the back of the cloth? Thanks! Please PM me!!

I just sent mine to them to have it repaired. Don't know what it will cost yet. But your problem seems like a simple fix. Since you already have one made up it should be no problem for a seamstress to be able to take the cloth apart and remember how it goes back together. Once she takes it apart you can then glue the rod back into the ball or replace it. If you send it to them, Just email Rebecca at the customer service link and she will answer your questions pretty promptly. If you have to get a new one, I think she told me they are down to their last 9-10 units

I fixed it myself. Rebecca helped me with a detailed email including the which brand thread and color. It's back to perfect!!
