I honestly don't get the big deal over this exposure issue...
What are you going to tell your spectators ? This is my informant peek wallet ? Lol. Don't show enough in a trailer, people get frustrated. Show people too much, and they still get frustrated. Also. This is not as much as trick as it is a utility tool. Wouldn't you want to know how the utility tool works before you buy it ? For me , a product video with exposure doesn't mean anything if a layperson stumbles across it. The very existence of magic DVDs that are for Sale, meaning the trick you performed is a bought secret is enough to almost completely ruin the magic in the spectators eyes, so this video is doing no harm. |

Great trailer He knows the wallet is for magicians & mentalist so he is showing you what you will get awesome !I really don't think lay people are going on magic forums & magic sites .

Wow--this is a great utility item.
The trailer is for magicians and mentalist and not for the general public and I see nothing wrong with it. Lets talk about the wallet--it's a fabulous item for every-day use and strolling magic. I'm thinking of getting one. Tricky Ricky |

Oh jeez. There was nothing wrong with the trailer, at all. Most NORMAL, non-petty, non sanctimonious human beings would appreciate a reveal of the workings of the wallet so we can make an INFORMED decision to buy one, like myself. EVEN IF HOBBYISTS do find the trailer and know how it works, so what???? It's not like they can go to a leather shop and make one themselves or copy it, it is a specific piece of kit. AND HOW WILL LAYMEN EVER FIND OUT ABOUT THE WALLET??? HOW???
This is all so stupid...... people moan when a trailer shows NOTHING, then moan when it gives us the valuable information we need to make a purchase decision. For all those who questioned the trailer, somewhere out there, there is a tree struggling to produce oxygen. I suggest you go and apologise to it. P.S. THE PRODUCT ROCKS, well done ellusionist.

You're kinda missing the point...
though I do agree with you on some levels - the point is that the clip was giving too much info away for free, and that perform for any amount of time, and there will be a certain type of person who does google around for things - you just have to read the endless "regular" forums out there with thousands of people discussing how derren, dynamo, angel and others do their stuff...these are regular, everyday people...
