I'm interested in buying Mike Bornstein's "Encyclopedia of Paper Money Magic" and "$1 AND $5 BILL TRICK," which I understand he sells directly. I'm told that he has advertised in Linking Ring and MUM, which I don't receive. A Google search led to an AOL web page but I'm unable to extract his email address from the link or find other info on how to order from him.
Does anyone have contact info for him?

Wow, that's a name from the past. What a great guy! He had a shop around the corner from Tannen's and was nice to us magicians! Thanks to him, the coin guy next door was also nice to us magicians. And he could fix watches too. :o)
It'd like to send him a thank you note too, so if anyone has his contact info... let me know Thanks
