B'wave is certainly not difficult to perform without the gaffed cards. Blanks can be replaced by jokers. Duplicity can also be performed without the one optional sleight. It uses no gaffs. Both very good packet effects along with 8 Card Brainwave. Also, check out The Sting (on Harry Lorayne's Magical Classics dvd in addition to Apocalpse). It is fantastic.

Bannon has some great packet tricks but they aren't usually that easy! Seems he likes to pack all his sleights into packet tricks and leave the full deck tricks as the easier ones. Though in High Caliber he has a few that do fit your requirements (plus it's a great book).
The card magic of Nick Trost is full of easy stuff too, a bunch of it using cards. |

Although not self working, JimTemples Color Monte is easy to perform and the cards are examinable. It has been proclaimed by many to be the best packet trick ever.
