Take a look at this stroller accessory. It might make a good low-cost Servante:

Has anyone found any other off-the-shelf products for this purpose?

Here's another product that might work. Not too deep, so it would work well for Cups and Balls:

A servant, to my mind, should also serve the purpose of storing the goods between outings. That means a you should be able to close a cover on it, or have a zip. Otherwise gear is sure to fall out somewhere along the line. While I don't use it as a servant, to hold my street magic gear [no cups and balls] I look in second hand shops for a woman's black shoulder bag with several zip-up pockets with good width of floor at the bottom of the pockets. The shoulder strap can go around your waist to hold the bag up. It suits me.
The real proof of usefulness is found only by using it to see how it goes for you...

Oh, I should mention, the handbag has to look square-shape. Manly-like.

I like that idea a lot. Which is why our table servante zips closed as does our version of Kozmo's servante.
Obviously those are much larger but the same rule applies for that very reason.... "zip it up and go".

For these ersatz models, you can always have a larger zipper bag / backpack to toss everything into.
