The Broadway Hotel in Blackpool has certainly come in for its share of criticism over the years. Well, its owners apparently came up with a novel way to cut down on critical online reviews; charge the offender an extra 100 pounds!

The news article went viral on a variety of online forums, and people began posting horrible reviews on Tripadvisor. What a horrible way to conduct business. Glad I didn't book this hotel for Blackpool 2015.
