Does anyone know when Dean Dill's site will be back up and running, I would like to place an order, hope he is well?

I suggest you contact Pete Biro by PM, he was visiting him almost daily a while back. If the site is down, Dean's health issue may have returned. Only speculating of course. I would rather think that he sold everything and has no more inventory to warrant a website. We can only hope.
