the Apogee Wallet is now up on my site and I am currently taking per-orders. You can find it here, including the video trailer: http://www.taylorimagineering.com/products/apogee.php
I will be including a free Apogee mini-clipboard with all preorders. The pre-order period goes until the shipping date which is tentatively set at April 30/15. Cheers. Christopher |

Regarding the shipping date, it will most likely be more like the middle of April. Cheers.

If we have Alone 4D already, can we just buy the Apogee wallet by itself, just like the Solstice wallet by itself?

Thanks for this, it looks exciting. I'm using A4d in a similar set up already, having 5 choices rather tha 4 appeals. Are there any other benefits of apogee over a4d?

Thank you Christopher for your reply - that all makes sense - I'm seriously considering this even though I have and use A4D (and had alone before that).

Apogee will ship about two weeks ahead of time, on Monday, April 13th. Just posted another example of the kind of effects achievable with this mindreading device in Inner Thoughts: http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......tart=0#5

I just received Apogee from Christopher Taylor. It is a thing of real beauty. The leather notepad is soft and supple. Even the smell is of high quality leather. The craftsmanship is superb. The right side of the pad holds some paper and there are two slots on the left side for business cards or a credit card. A difference between this and Alone 4D is that there are 5 "hot spots" in Apogee whereas there were four with Alone 4D. Another difference is the special pen provided with Apogee. The pen is very elegant. The pen is extremely classy and is a much better pen than what was originally provided with Alone 4D. If you perform in a suit and tie or a sports jacket, this pad and pen will fit right in and will add a touch of class to your mentalism presentation. If you do not wear formal or semi-formal clothes, this pad can easily be carried around in your pants pocket. Since I got it during the pre-sale, which I believe is still going on until April 30th, I got a free clip board attachment. I think the clip board is an extra $15 or $20.00, well worth it.
The re....er is small and easy to carry on your person. I did not see a DVD included. There is a small color booklet that will get you up and running in 5 minutes. The possible routines are endless. The booklet gives some suggestions and there are demo videos of Christopher doing some routines as well that you can find on his site. This is a terrific item and effect. Christopher out did himself. The routines are endless. It is very versatile. So far this has been my best new mentalism item purchase of the year. Highly recommended. Michael

I got mine too and agree it is an awesome device. Almost identical to the Solstice Pad , only this slips in your shirt pocket and is better for close up. The Solstice is larger making it better for larger audiences and still a good size for close up.
I too did not get a DVD and I thought there were several routines included, but I already know just how I will use it. So I am ok without it. I have not yet read the booklet and my guess there is a web link somewhere. All that said, This is a very well made product, just as all items from Taylorimagineering. |

Thanks for the feedback! I can see that I have to make more of an effort to point out that the instructions are VERY extensive and are available on line. The weblink is given on the first page of the small colour booklet that accompanies the wallet set. Let me know if you can't find it and I will send an email to you with a direct link.

I've been asked if I will be establishing a forum where Apogee owners can post their ideas. What I am going to do is to post a notice on the online instructions page to inform Apogee owners who would like to submit ideas that they can send them to me and I will put them on the page for others to download.
All the best, Christopher |

So I have been using this at several trade shows and it has been as expected. Flawless in its operation, ease of use and with huge impact. I have been using the Soltice pad for a few years with the same 100% positive reaction and effortless ease. They both are truly amazing utility devices. What's great about Apogee, is the size. It fits right in my back pocket. If you don't have one, Either product will become one of your top, go to effects.
I give this a 10. Even better than the most expensive products available , there is nothing to look at, like the more expensive units, like Labco. I understand you are limited to 5 or 6 items listed, but to a lay person. It's the same effect. The effects possable are endless. You can have a spectator look around and write down any 5 things they see, they show the list to everyone, then while your back is turned. They place their initials next to any item on the list, then with your back still turned away. You instruct them to remove the paper with the list, place it in their pocket, close the pad and place it on the table. You never turn to look, never touch the pad or paper. In fact you can be 20 feet away and turned away from them the entire time. Yet you accurately describe the item in their mind. WOW. |

I've ready a few times casually in the past about modifying some TI equipment to work with the PM receiver.
How is this even possible? Is it possible in the case of the apogee wallet? |
