Need some help with a wireless over the ear type microphone with transmitter. I believe someone mentioned it as a "Justin Bieber mic", however not sure if that is a correct description. In any case, a very small, almost invisible type mic that clips over one ear and is adjustable simply by bending to the proper position. It almost looks like a wire. In addition, the transmitter should be compatible with most receivers/systems. Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

That type of microphone is known as an earset mic. Typically, they are sold without a transmitter or receiver (although you can buy them complete.) When purchased without a transmitter or receiver, you specify which type of connector you need to use with your wireless belt pack. As long as you wireless system is made by a major brand (such as Sennheiser, Shure, Audio-Technica, etc.), you'll likely find that you can get the mic with the proper connector.
