I thought you used the Thought Dial for Super Bowl predictions.

The OP asked what the odds were of Seattle winning the superbowl. My response was, they won't.
The superbowl is what we were talking about.
So I repeat, Seattle won't win.
Just an opinion. They very well could.

How is "Seattle won't win" an answer to the question "What are the odds of Seattle winning?"

If Rodgers was healthy- I think GB could beat Seattle. But in his current condition- I think Seattle will beat GB. I do think New England will beat the Colts and will be a better match up for Seattle. If somehow the Colts win and Seattle wins- I think Seattle will take it. R. Wilson is a machine that's running very efficient right now. Not to mention the tenacity of Seattle's "D". As it stands Seattle is definitely the favorite IMO.

Glad to see your opinion of Seattle has improved since last year.

I'd estimate Seattle is close to 50-50 to win the Super Bowl at this point. Maybe 45%

Official odds in Vegas? The odds I give them?
All depends on the bookie I guess.
I cant speak for vegas but I can speak for myself, so I'm gonna say zero.

Just want to remind you guys that further back in this thread, on Jan. 10 (before the first two play-off games took place), in response to the OP's question of the possibility of Seattle winning a second Superbowl, I predicted that Seattle will win it. Just wanted to be clear about that.

They very well might. Some great football so far. Just having a bit of fun with the odds being zero.

My opinion of Seattle last year was more related to the fact that they have a long way to go to be classified as an "elite" organization. Winning One Superbowl throughout there history does not put them in the category of elite franchises such as San Francisco, Pittsburgh, or Dallas. Now- are they on their way to becoming one? Possibly- but only time will tell.

After watching R. Wilson play I have come to respect him. He is a classy guy and I like to see that as opposed to the nonsense the majority of the players portray.

Surely, with all the mental powers on this thread, somebody besides myself must know the Patriots will win the Superbowl!

I haven't gotten that far, but I am 100% certain the Raiders won't.

RNK- Lynch, Sherman and Chancellor are EXTREMELY popular players in this town, despite what the rest of the country seems to think. And they're among the best in the game.

Lynch's "press conferences" are becoming legendary. At the last one he answered every question by saying "I'm thankful."

I have heard this. In fact they were talking about that yesterday local sports talk radio show. Apparently it's spreading......

The fact is that Lynch has always been extremely shy about speaking in public. He would rather let others speak for him. But after they fined him repeatedly for not talking to the press, which I believe is extremely unfair because he is hired to PLAY, not talk, he just started giving short canned answers, much to everyone's amusement.
