There is an art and science to foreseeing and creating the future you want. There is kind of magic about it if one considers mind control a kind of magic.

The lottery is almost always won by a secret psychic .. the psychics have an agreement not to play the lottery all at the same time. They take turns winning.. In a sense there is a lottery to win the lottery.... all done by psychics for the most part. If they were truthful, then no one would play the lottery anymore. So most psychics do it secretly!!!!

The psychics have a lottery BEFORE the lottery .. The best psychics from that lottery are allowed to enter the real one .. That's why we often have several winners.
