I was asked by Steven to review this coin bend. Im not friends with him, I'm a customer actually. I bought his Spinnerets and liked them.
First I'll say that Steven has great customer service and gets back to you if there are any questions very quickly. You receive an mp4 download that is 9 minutes long and 24 mb. Video quality is good and he uses multiple angles and closeups in the video. The teaching is thorough, he shows you what you need and how to prepare the coin, then teaches the effect. I like this coin bend, Ive never seen this method before. I think in the video he was being very cautious. You can leave your hand up after you drop the bent coin into the other hand. The display at the beginning is very clean, and I really don't think over proving is a good thing. The coin cannot be signed. Personally, I never do that anyway, I know some people do, that argument could go on for pages and has before. In my opinion, if I had purchased this, I would be happy. Good teaching good effect. Not cheap but I'll use it so its worth it to me. hope this helped people decide. James

Obviously, I haven't seen the effect performed live. My comments are in reference to the video, which is decidedly not "clean."
Perhaps it would be a good idea to reshoot it? |

Watching the demo its very easy to figure out , I use a lighter to heat up the coin then the bend takes place you are clean !!! This is a method I used for years .

I have a feeling that this is advertising jargon for "Your hands aren't empty, but the unknowning spectator thinks they are empty." and not "Your hands are actually empty and can be shwown to be empty and can be examined throughout the performance." |

No pk ring. No ferric coins. Barts, all magic effects state what the spectator is seeing when they are described. The display is very convincing.
