Has anyone ever written a book with stories and information about skilled team playing? Everything I've seen here seems to be focused on info for the hands guy, which is certainly important and interesting but it really doesn't matter if its a foot long if you don't know where to put it or what to do with it once its there...

I sorta think that team play with guys with hands is heading out now that there are legal poker rooms everywhere. The games we hypothetically work have almost completely dried up since the room boom. Your thoughts?

Hmmm, about BlackJack, yeah, there are obviously some books talking about team play. About Poker, of course, a few lines here and there, but it doesn't ring a bell...

You might want to check out "Loaded Dice" by John Soares. It's about a team of crossroaders who in the 60's did manage to get the money.
