If you use a deck ever day for say 1 hour a day to practise with, how many day will a deck last before you scrap it and take a new deck?

This really depends on what you are practicing and how hard you are on the cards I can go through a deck in a couple two hour sessions or make it last weeks

Use it for effects that need a card signed, torn etc.
By failing to prepare, we are preparing to fail.

I would say your practice deck should last at least a week

Sorry I meant to say a month. If you aren't doing a lot of bending or being heavy handed and are using bicycles. What specific sleights are you practicing

And I do Hofzinser cull force but I suck on that one. And some counts Elmsley count/Rollover Count. Fore now this is more or less what I do, no card bending or things like that. |

I would say a week is the most if you are really hard on the corners or doing a lot of bending.

It doesn't sound like your being hard on them. I would definitely say a month but you will know when the cards start to feel bad. Make sure and wash your hands if you want to extend the life of your decks

As time goes by you will feel when to get a new deck. There is no rule.

Yeah this seems to be a fairly subjective question. Everyone treats cards differently, so there is no set time to retire a deck. If you feel like you need a new one, get a new one. as others have stated, keep the old decks to use for practice on effects that require bending/ripping the card. Its all personal preference! As Amro stated, there is no rule! So make your own.
